New Frontier Minerals Limited- Building Western-Aligned Critical Mineral Supply in Copper and Critical Minerals

Headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, New Frontier Minerals Ltd (ASX: NFM | OTCQB: NFMXF | LSE: NFM) is an Australian critical minerals exploration and development company building a Western-aligned supply portfolio led by copper. New Frontier is advancing a multi-commodity strategy across copper, heavy rare earths, niobium and tungsten — metals essential to electrification, defence technologies and the global energy transition

New Frontier Minerals is advancing the Big One Copper Deposit at its 100%-owned NWQ Copper Project in northwest Queensland, a Tier 1 copper district approximately 150km north of Mt Isa. The Big One Deposit hosts a JORC-compliant Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.1Mt @ 1.1% Cu (~22,000t contained copper), with an Exploration Target of 12–58Mt @ 0.3–1.5% Cu (circa 50,000–473,000t of contained copper) defined across 14 priority prospects within a 977km2 tenure package. Following technical assessment approval of the Big One mining lease application, and preliminary metallurgical testwork returning copper recoveries of up to 99%, the project is being progressed toward potential near-term production through a strategic alliance with Austral Resources Australia Ltd and its established Mt Kelly processing facility.

The Harts Range Project in the Northern Territory holds an extensive and largely untested tenement position approximately 140km north-east of Alice Springs. New Frontier’s tenure is prospective for a suite of critical minerals and base metals — including heavy rare earths, niobium and tungsten — and sits within an emerging district-scale polymetallic province. Independent BHP Xplor-backed research released by Litchfield Minerals (ASX: LMS) has reframed the broader Harts Range region as a district-scale Copper-Nickel-PGE mineral system with significant discovery potential, independently validating the region’s prospectivity. New Frontier’s strategic landholding provides exposure to multiple prospective corridors across this emerging mineral province.

New Frontier Minerals has recently expanded into North America through the acquisition of the Pomme Project, a Canadian rare earth asset, strengthening its international footprint and aligning New Frontier Minerals with US-aligned critical minerals supply chains.
